The Extreme Weather Policy

Your dog's safety is our #1 priority. Extreme Colorado weather—whether it's blistering summer pavement or freezing winter snow and ice—can be dangerous for paw pads and overall health.

  • 🌡️If temperatures exceed 85°F, or drop into extreme freezing conditions, we reserve the right to shift walks to a safer time of day.
  • ⏱️During intense heat, heavy snowstorms, or icy conditions, standard walks may be shortened to quick potty breaks to ensure the dog does not overheat or freeze.
  • 💬We will always communicate schedule adjustments through the Client Portal or via text message!
